This Free AI Paragraph Generator Tool Lets You Create High Quality Paragraphs in Seconds

Do you need some text in a hurry? Maybe you’re writing a blog post, a product description, an email newsletter, or even an essay—I’m no stranger to struggling with deadlines or battling writer’s block. Whatever your situation, this free paragraph generator I built is a fast, easy way to create high-quality paragraphs in just seconds.

Although there are plenty of other time-saving AI (artificial intelligence) paragraph writer tools you can use to create full articles or complete pieces, this paragraph generator is ideal when you want full control over the text. By generating content one paragraph at a time, you can guide your finished pieces to the exact outcome you have in mind.

This paragraph generator creates unique, plagiarism-free content, making it a great fit for all kinds of writing. Let’s take a closer look at how to use it.

How to Use the Paragraph Generator Tool to Create Engaging Content

The paragraph generator tool is super user-friendly, so you can just pop in a topic idea and give it a whirl. If you want a bit more guidance, though, here’s how to use it effectively.

Step 1. Enter a Key Topic or Phrase for Your Paragraph

First, you’ll need to choose what you’re writing about—my blog idea generator will help with that. If you’re creating a blog post, you’ve hopefully already written (or generated) a blog outline. You can now use this paragraph tool to write paragraphs that fit each individual point of that outline.

Here’s an example. We’re writing a blog post about staying focused, and the blog outline generator created an outline for us:

Then, we can use the paragraph generator tool to create paragraphs for different points. So for the bullet point indicated above, we could use the topic/phrase “How staying focused results in increased productivity and efficiency” and we’d get a paragraph like this written:

Once you’ve used this paragraph writer to quickly create starter copy for a section in your blog post, you’re now ready to put your editing cap on. This is where you’ll need to work your magic as a Certified Human™️ that can tune up copy and make it more relatable to readers.

Step 2. Select the Length of the Paragraph (RightBlogger Feature)

Depending on what you’re writing, you might want a short or long paragraph. Inside the fully-featured version of the paragraph writer tool in RightBlogger, you have options for short or long paragraphs to generate. You can go ahead and pick your preferred length here, or you can simply leave it set to “automatic” and the AI will decide for you.

Usually, a short paragraph will come out at around 100 words. This should work well for most purposes, especially if you’ve used a very specific topic/phrase.

A long paragraph will run to around 200 words, and is likely to be a good fit for an in-depth piece of writing (like an academic essay or a book). If you’re writing for the web, you can split up the long paragraph into multiple shorter paragraphs for easier reading.

Step 3. Choose Your Tone & Writing Style (RightBlogger Feature)

The free version of my paragraph generator here will create paragraphs in a neutral “default” tone/style. In RightBlogger, you have the option to select from a wide range of different tone options—and of course, your MyTone that’s custom-curated to your own writing voice & style.

For the best results, I recommend picking a tone & writing style that matches your voice, brand, or audience well. For instance, if you’re working on a research paper, you might choose the “Professional” or “Formal” style. If you’re crafting text to use in a lively email newsletter, “Fun & Quirky” or “Excited” might suit you better.

Tip: You can run the paragraph generator as often as you like, so go ahead and experiment with different styles.

Step 4. Generate Your High-Quality Paragraph

Once you’re ready, go ahead and generate your paragraph. It should appear in just seconds. The paragraph will be unique AI-written content: it won’t be copied from anywhere.

Here’s what the tool came up with for our starting point of “How staying focused results in increased productivity and efficiency”:

Staying focused leads to greater productivity and efficiency. When we maintain our attention on the task at hand, we can accomplish more in less time. Distractions, on the other hand, can hinder our progress and make it difficult to complete our work efficiently. By staying focused, we can avoid wasting valuable time and energy on unnecessary tasks or activities. This allows us to prioritize our work effectively and achieve our goals more quickly. In conclusion, maintaining focus is essential for maximizing productivity and efficiency in our daily lives.

As you can see, this well-structured paragraph ends with a one-sentence conclusion. This is designed to help you use the paragraph on its own (e.g. on social media or in a very short newsletter article). If you’ll be using the paragraph as part of a longer piece, you can simply cut this final sentence.

Tip: If the paragraph wasn’t quite what you expected, you may need to adjust your starting topic/phrase, perhaps by adding more detail. You could also try changing the length of the paragraph.

Step 5. (Optional) Run the Tool Again for More Paragraphs

Sometimes, you’ll just want a single paragraph of content—perhaps to help you blast through blogger’s block as you work on the first section of a blog post, or to get you moving on a college assignment.

In many cases, though, you’ll want to create multiple paragraphs. Go ahead and run the tool as many times as you like. You could string together these generated paragraphs into a full article, essay, or even a book chapter.

Bonus: Use My free SEO Checklist Alongside the Paragraph Generator

If you’re using the paragraph generator to create blog posts or web pages that you’re hoping will rank well in Google and other search engines, then you’ll want to make sure you’re using good SEO principles.

If your topic/phrase includes keywords, then the paragraph generator should automatically incorporate those—but here’s my step-by-step SEO checklist of everything else to do when crafting your post or page.

  1. Install (and use!) the Yoast SEO plugin for WordPress, or a similar SEO plugin
  2. Make sure you’ve chosen a useful keyword phrase to cover in your post as a whole
  3. Add headers to your post, incorporating secondary keywords to encourage rich snippets and faster indexing
  4. Only have one H1 header in your post (for your title at the top)
  5. Use headers correctly, with H2 headers for subsections and H3 headers for sub-subsections (if needed)
  6. Check that your primary keyword phrase appears several times in your post (without sounding unnatural)
  7. Add links to your post, with a mix of internal links and external links (at least 3–5 external ones)
  8. Craft a meta description that incorporates your primary (and secondary, if possible) keywords
  9. Use images in your post with keyword-rich alt descriptions
  10. Make sure that your finished post is a suitable length—that usually means 1,500+ words (around 15–20 short paragraphs)
  11. Craft a separate meta title (SEO title) for search engines, using my meta title tool
  12. Use your primary keyword in the post’s permalink (also called the slug or URL)

How Does the AI Paragraph Generator Work? Key Features

The AI-powered paragraph generator is really easy to use… but perhaps you’re curious about how exactly it works, or how to get the most from it. Let’s dig a little deeper into its key features.

Topic/Phrase (The Main Point of Your Paragraph)

You’ll need to enter a topic or phrase for the paragraph generator to work with. Without that, it can’t write anything! Your topic or phrase could be quite broad, but the more specific you are, the more likely it is that the generated paragraph will match up to what you want.

For instance, if you put in a fairly general topic like “meal planning”, you’ll get a quite general paragraph that explains what meal planning is and what benefits it has:

Meal planning is a strategic approach to organizing and preparing meals in advance. It involves deciding what to eat, creating a shopping list, and scheduling cooking times. By implementing meal planning, individuals can save time and money, reduce stress, and make healthier food choices. With the ability to pre-plan and prep meals, people can ensure that they have nutritious and balanced options readily available, leading to better overall dietary habits. The practice of meal planning empowers individuals to take control of their nutrition and streamline their daily routines.

But if you wanted a more in-depth guide on how to meal plan, you could use a more specific topic like how to create a 7 day meal plan:

To create a 7 day meal plan, start by determining your dietary goals and preferences. Next, make a list of healthy and nutritious foods that align with your chosen eating plan. Consider incorporating a variety of proteins, grains, fruits, vegetables, and dairy or dairy alternatives. With your list in hand, begin organizing your meals for each day, ensuring a balance of nutrients and portion sizes. To save time and effort, batch cook ingredients that can be used in multiple meals throughout the week. Lastly, make a detailed grocery list based on your meal plan and stick to it when shopping. By following these steps, you can easily create a 7 day meal plan tailored to your dietary needs and goals.

Length: Short, Long, or Automatic (RightBlogger Feature)

Pick up an academic journal and you’ll find lots of long paragraphs—often 200 words or more. But glance over an informal blog post and you might find paragraphs that are just a sentence or two long.

There’s no “rule” on how long a paragraph should be. The length is going to reflect your audience and context. In general, if you’re writing something online (like a blog post, product description, or email newsletter), it’s a good idea to use shorter paragraphs than you otherwise would. That helps make your text easy to read on a phone or computer screen.

This free paragraph generator will automatically choose an appropriate length for your paragraph—but if you’re using the fully-featured version in RightBlogger, you can tell it you want a “short” or “long” paragraph. Short paragraphs will normally be around 100 words and long paragraphs will be around 200 words.

Need even shorter paragraphs? Just split up the paragraph that the tool gives you, looking for logical places to create a break between two key points. For instance, you might divide up the “7 day meal plan” paragraph above like this for a blog post:

Tone & Writing Style: Choose the Right Voice for Your Paragraph (RightBlogger Feature)

This AI writer can adjust its tone and style to suit any fancy inside RightBlogger. This is particularly useful if you’ve already drafted some of your content: by matching the tone & style in the AI paragraph(s), you can easily insert that new text without having to rewrite it to match everything else.

If the default text seems a bit formal, try a style like “fun & quirky” instead. Alternatively, if your default paragraph doesn’t seem appropriate for a context like business or academic writing, go with the “Professional” style. Think about what will be the best fit for your target audience.

Language: Select Your Preferred Language (RightBlogger Feature)

The paragraph tool defaults to English (US) here, but inside RightBlogger you can use it to create content in a whole range of different languages, including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Danish, and more. You can even select English (UK) if you want to create paragraphs that use British spellings (e.g. colour instead of color).

Your input language doesn’t need to match your output language, so you can also use this tool to create multilingual content.

Paragraph Generator Tool FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions About Paragraph Writers)

If you’ve got questions about my free paragraph generator tool, I’ve got answers! Read on to find out everything your heart desires to know.

Does the paragraph generator produce SEO-friendly content?

The paragraph generator will produce SEO-friendly content if you use a suitable keyword in your topic/phrase. If you don’t have a clue about what keyword you’re optimizing your post for, or if you’re creating disparate paragraphs about lots of different topics and trying to tie them together into one post, your content isn’t likely to do too well in search engines.

Of course, the paragraph generator always creates unique, high-quality content—something that search engines always love.

Can I use the paragraph generator to flesh out an outline?

Absolutely. In fact, one of the best ways to use the paragraph generator is to have a detailed outline to hand before you begin. If you don’t yet have an outline for your piece of content, go ahead and create one using the outline generator tool. Then, you can create each paragraph of text that you need.

Is the paragraph generator suitable for social media posts?

Yes, you can use the paragraph generator to write social media posts. Keep in mind that even the short paragraph will be around 100 words, so they won’t be a great fit for very short posts (like on Twitter/X). They can work very well for sites like Facebook, however.

Can I use the paragraph generator to write random paragraphs?

The paragraph generator needs a starting topic/phrase (that’s how its algorithm works, using natural language processing to understand your topic). It isn’t ideal for creating totally random paragraphs. If you need a paragraph but you don’t care what that paragraph is about, you might want to just pick a topic that you’re interested in or that’s on your mind.

Can I use the paragraph generator for creative writing?

The paragraph tool is designed to create informative paragraphs on given topics, rather than fiction. You can potentially use it to write creative nonfiction, experimenting with different tones and styles to ensure the tool generates engaging paragraphs that have a more literary flavor.

What other AI tools can I use to create content?

I have a whole set of free AI writing tools for you! A great place to start is with the keyword research tool and/or blog idea generator, to nail your overall topic.

If you’re working on blog content, you’ll definitely want to check out the blog introduction writer and blog conclusion writer for the first and last paragraphs of your post.

We’ve already covered the blog outline generator—but you may not have tried the article writer, which can create a full short blog post for you in one go. You could then extend this using the paragraph tool to write additional content. The paraphrasing tool (paragraph rewriter) can also help you out by creating fresh paragraphs based on content you’ve written in the past.
