About the Episode:

In today’s episode, we’re hearing from someone who will be a familiar name for many of you… my friend, Jake Jorgovan from LeadCookie.

Last year, Jake was actually one of the first guests I had on my podcast. At the time, he was focused on running his B2B lead generation service Outbound Creative.

Now, I decided to bring Jake back for a round 2 interview because of what he’s been working on for the past 10 months, a brand new business called Lead Cookie that’s already grown from 0 to more than $36,000 in monthly recurring revenue in less than a year.

Here’s how Lead Cookie works: It’s a service (charged as a monthly subscription) that uses a scaled up and systematized process Jake has perfected to help sales teams generate more leads through LinkedIn prospecting.

While his rise to such an impressive revenue figure has been very quick, Jake’s journey hasn’t been without it’s fair share of down times, hiccups and layoffs too… which we’re talking all about in this episode.

      Brilliant interview Jake and Ryan. So excited to hear you echo the advice I give my clients when outsourcing—set your team up for success! You know, I’ll be sharing my own takeaways from this interview on my blog. I think solo lawyers are prime candidates to create a Service as a Subscription model as a way to add revenue and provide low bono to clients. It doesn’t hurt that i’ll Be using Jake’s tips to run my SaaS for lawyers.
