About the Episode:

In today’s episode, we’re talking to Geoffrey Keating, a highly-regarded B2B content marketer who’s led the charge on content marketing at Intercom for nearly 4 years now, where he’s had his hand in everything from content creation to editing, producing eBooks, putting together podcasts, white papers, email marketing campaigns and more. 

Based out of Dublin, Ireland, Geoffrey originally studied history and philosophy when he went through university—a helpful nudge he got from his parents who encouraged him to treat his school experience as learning more about the subjects he found deeply interesting, rather than just a road map to choosing a career.

After finishing up his studies, Geoffrey started working pretty much immediately with editing content at a couple of different digital agencies before making his way to Intercom.

      I wish I had a comprehensive understanding of the complete benefits of content marketing, when I discovered online marketing by accident back in 1999. Back then, I knew nothing about affiliate marketing, a blog, nor a side hustle. I was working job to job to job and paycheck to paycheck. I’m humbled to know the in’s and out’s of the benefits of content marketing today b/c “side hustle millionaire” status is RIGHT around the corner! 🙂
